Ighalo Was Never the Problem: LUCY DONALD SPEAKS OUT

Months after ending her relationship with renowned footballer Odion Ighalo, Lucy Donald has finally broken her silence. She revealed that her time with the former Super Eagles star was good and made it clear that he was not the reason she chose to walk away.<br><br><br>

According to Lucy, the real challenge came from the people around him. “When those surrounding your partner act hostile and try to paint you as a gold digger, it becomes hard to deal with,” she explained. “Ighalo is a calm and handsome man, but the atmosphere created by those close to him made things uncomfortable.<br><br><br>”

She added that while many may argue that her relationship should have been fine since Ighalo himself treated her well, relationships go beyond just the two people involved. “In any relationship, you also have to consider the people around your partner and hope your kindness is returned.<br><br><br> If even one person chooses to spread lies or act out of hatred, it can destroy what you’re trying to build.”

Lucy concluded by saying that she simply didn’t have the energy to keep fighting negativity, so she decided to end things and move forward with her life.<br><br><br>
