JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED — DISMISSAL IS NOT JUSTICE

Nigeria, we cannot keep going like this.

Just two days ago in Delta State, another life was lost after a police officer opened fire on a civilian. A human being is gone. A family is grieving.<br><br><br> And once again, we are hearing the same response… “the officer has been dismissed.”

But let’s be honest —
Is dismissal really justice?

Removing a uniform does not erase what happened. It does not answer the pain. It does not show accountability.

What Nigerians are asking for is simple and fair:

We want to see a proper investigation.<br><br><br>
We want transparency.
We want due legal process to take its course.

Because justice is not just about punishment — it is about truth, accountability, and ensuring this never happens again.

No family should lose a loved one this way.<br><br><br>
No citizen should feel unsafe around those meant to protect them.

This is bigger than one case.
This is about trust. This is about the value of human life in Nigeria.

Dismissal alone is not justice.
Justice must be seen, heard, and followed .<br><br><br>
