A man identified as Obinna, has been k!lled by a stray bullet in Rivers State.
 
 
His cousin, Charles Amon, who disclosed this in a Facebook post on Monday, April 5, 2026 said the incident occurred during a shooting in the Rumuola area of Port Harcourt. 
 
 
“You never know how bad the insecurity is until the tragedy hits home,” he wrote.<br><br><br>
 
"Those who follow my comment section might have seen my cousin's comments a few times when I post a good picture. Always taunting me about getting married. 
 
"This morning I got a call from home. Three words, “Obinna is d3ad”
 
What happened? There was a shooting at Rumuola and stray bullets hit him.<br><br><br>
 
That's all. Nothing more. He is gone, just like that. 
 
Insecurity feels distant until it stands before you. Sleep well my brother. This one really hurts.
